Kiko | Moon Dust Face Powder - Cosmic Starlets

I think that this is one of the most beautiful face powders I have ever seen. Kiko recently opened in my home town (!!) and when I first saw this I instantly fell in love with it.
It is one of Kiko's Illuminating face powders from their Cosmis Starlet range. The packaging of all of these products is also gorgeous; even the boxes feel lovely! The powder is set in a gorgeous octagonal red box and has a decent sized mirror inside. The powder is then surrounded by silver which just offsets the powder itself beautifully.
And then the feel of it. Oh my. It is so smooth and soft; it just glides onto the skin and sits perfectly. It feels so lovely just to touch, let alone wear! It then has a beautiful colour; this is in Mysterious Pink. It is kind of like part Nars Orgasm and and peach and MAc Vanilla Pigment but just looks beautiful on the skin. It's a baked powder so has that extremely soft and pigmented touch, so a little goes a long way! It's available in two shades, but this one is definitely my favourite.
Even better, it's currently 30% off so is under £10! The whole collection is also limited so grab it whilst you can! You can get it here
All of this range looks beautiful, but I definitly think that this is a must have from the collection; if only just to look at!

What are your thoughts?

Possibly The Longest Lasting Nail Varnish...Ever?!

I recently posted about my Naples Kiko haul, and in it I bought a nail varnish called 'Cupcake'. This was in the sale and it is a really pretty pale pink colour with different coloured speckles.
Now at the time, I had nail varnish on and so couldn't really test it so I just bought it. When I then tried it, I discovered that it is not at all what I was expecting. It does not dry smoothly for starters. It dries with matte finish and has a texture similar to texturised wallpaper... Now I know what you're all thinking, gross.
BUT
I put this on over a week ago, and there is ONE CHIP. ONE. AND I HAVE BEEN TO WORK. This is also, might I add, without a top coat.
Whatever this effect is, it is damn good. I really am not sure what the effect is called, unless Kiko have just called it 'Cupcake', I don't know. But all nail varnish addicts out there should definitely try it! I am beyond impressed with longevity. It must be the gravel. Or the cupcake. ...

Now just so that you can get a real feeling for what the texture looks like, here's the above photo with standard HDR settings on; now you can really see that it is not at all smooth!

Would you use this nail varnish?

Kiko Haulin'

So whilst I was in Naples a couple weeks back now, the majority of my Euros were actually spent in Kiko (aside from some jewellery bought at the crater of Vesuvius, made from volcanic rock. Madness!) I thought I would then share the bits that I got, as after all, what really is a blog without a haul?

Products:
Nail Varnishes (from left to right): Cupcake, others have no names...
Street Fashion Eyeshadow Palette in 02 Addictive Song
Long Lasting Stick Eyeshadow (ByTerry dupe) in 05
Colour Shock Long Lasting Eyeshadows (which really reminded of the Maybelling Colour Tattoos) in 104 Snappy Brass and 100 Innocent Rose

I'm looking forward to trying out all these products!!
