Let's face it, we've all said it. 'Oh I probably need to get fitted, but oh well!' And so we continue to wear bras that do not actually fit and that do not actually make us look as good as we think we do and that are not in fact as comfortable as we thought they were...
Wearing a bra can be a pain as it is, let alone if it doesn't fit properly; not to mention it could also be affecting the rest of your body more than you realise if you aren't wearing the right fit. Putting into google 'problems of wearing...', the first suggestion which comes up is '...the wrong bra size'. If that isn't enough to convince you to get fitted, then I don't know what is!
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley created her collection for Autograph in Marks&Spencer with a main reason being that women should be wearing the right things for their shape so that they can look they best that they possibly can (and who doesn't want to look like her?!) The only real problem with getting fitted and finding out you are actually a different bra size from what you've been wearing for the past four years is that you have to buy new underwear. The tragedy!
I don't feel that, as far as I have been aware, this topic is blogged about that greatly. Yet if '#freethenipple' gets ten tonne of coverage, but you don't completely follow through with it, then at least do so to a proper fitting bra!
Go and get a free fitting at your local M&S. You'll thank yourself later when you have brand new spanking underwear ;)
If you're still not convinced, then check out this Buzzfeed article on 8 signs that you're wearing the wrong bra size...and go treat yourself!
